Indulgence Milk Chocolate Truffle Workshop

Miss Witt and her award winning chocolate is to be admired - and she built a great reputation for stylish creations and sensational flavours. This workshop is based on a unique milk chocolate recipe using water, rather than cream, to make the creamy chocolate centre, giving a smooth, silky texture. You will make and leave with 3 boxes of delicious chocolate truffles for you to enjoy at home.

On arrival you will be served with tea or coffee and a selection of warm croissants with warm melted chocolate spread. There is also a break for lunch, consisting of home made quiche with salad, strawberries, or fruit of the season, with a chocolate dipping pot, accompanied with a sparkling fruit cordial.
