Fabulous Fish at SEASON Cookery School

Join Rob Potter, executive chef at Michelin-starred Bybrook Restaurant at The Manor House, in Castle Combe who will be sharing his passion for fish and shellfish dishes on this full day cookery class at SEASON, the Lainston House cookery school on 23 November.

 

Menu: Fillet of Cornish Sea Bream, Soft herb gnocchi, fennel, Courgette, sea vegetables, seaweed butter sauce | Linguini of south coast white crab, tomato, chilli, spring onion, parmesan and lime

Full day class: Our full day class include refreshments throughout the day, ingredients, equipment, a meal that you have prepared on the course with a glass of wine and food to take home. You will also have a SEASON apron of your own to take home with you. Our classes will have you paired up at a workstation and can hold up to a maximum of 24 people per class.

09:00 – 09:20 Arrival
09:20 – 09:30 Welcome and a run through of health and safety 
09:30 – Class starts  with the morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch (lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes) 
13:00 – Lunch* 
13:45 – The afternoon will be spent preparing the remaining dishes (on some courses, there will be an opportunity to sit down to eat again) 
16:30 – Class ends*
