BBQ Masterclass with Lemon & Soul

Join Lemon & Soul on this wonderful and hands on BBQ Masterclass.

During the evening you will learn how to prepare steaks, pork and chicken and how not to burn them, learn what rubs and marinade to use to compliment the flavour, and also what sides are perfect with your BBQ and summer dining.

You will take your creations home with you to share with your family and at the end Lemon and Soul will serve you dinner with delicious salads and plenty of wine to wash it down.

The dish you will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. In past classes they have made:

Hanger steak, bavette steak, chicken flatties, pork and salads.
