‘What to expect when the inspector calls’ Workshop
Getting a very good Food Hygiene Rating Score is vital to running a successful business.
This aim of this workshop is to give you the knowledge and skills to be inspection ready at all times.
You will learn how to calculate when your inspection is due, how your score is calculated and what an Environmental Health Officer is looking for when they inspect.
It will also give you the opportunity to ask the questions can’t bring yourself to ask your enforcement EHO.
