The Wharie Experience

A local winery, brewery and cidery in Sway producing unique and experimental drinks using local apples, pears and grapes.

The Wharie Experience is run by a Swiss oenologist with a passion for wine, cider, beer and mead production. In 2021 Guillaume planted his own Vineyard and Orchid and really looks forward to seeing what new products will be produced.

He invites everyone to come and visit the winery and taste his products.
