The Hampshire Salami Company

The Hampshire Salami Co’ is an Italian style artisan salami maker and meat curer, making Salumi and Salami, ‘Nose to Tail’, curing one pig at a time. They use fresh local ingredients whilst working with local producers and small holders in and around Hampshire, making exceptional added value products.

Many of their products are based on Italian recipes, which have been developed over many hundreds of years. Barry Walker the ‘Chief Salami Wrangler’, travels extensively in Italy seeking and sourcing new recipes, replicating them back in Hampshire, where the Hampshire hog is their prime focus.
