We believe in keeping it simple, using the best local produce we can get our hands on, treating it with respect, making as much as we can from scratch because that way we can control the process. Allowing us to be true to ourselves every step of the way and that the flavours are going to shine through the end product.
We are working hard to minimise our effect on the environment. We recycle where possible, we use compostable cutlery and packaging. We use the complete ingredient from bones into stock, to peelings in the dehydrater, to fermenting excess vegetables.Visit Website
