Their fudge and preserves are made in small batches in their Fareham kitchen.
They use a generous helping of clotted cream or double cream sourced from Hampshire dairies in our fudge, combining this with other top quality ingredients. There are seven delicious types of fudge to choose from: clotted cream, coffee, rum & raisin, salted pecan, sea salted caramel, stem ginger and vanilla.
They also make a range of preserves made from seaonal, locally sourced produce, including best sellers Caramlised Onion Chutney and Gingered Rhubarb and Fig Chutney.
