This fudge is handmade in small batches from their kitchen in Fareham. They use clotted cream from Bere Dairy, near Southwick and Hiltonbury Jersys cream made at their dairy at Compton, near Winchester, combining this with other quality ingredients. Flavourings from across the world are added to perfect their delicious fudge. Their fudge varieties include clotted cream, coffee, rum & raisin, salted pecan, sea salted caramel, stem ginger and vanilla.
