Rother Valley Farm

Organic beef farmers, Shon and Simon Sprackling launched Rother Valley Farm in early 2004.

They are a family run farm and old-fashioned butchers right in the middle of the beautiful South Downs National Park.

They raise their own organic Aberdeen Angus beef and work with a network of local farmers to source free-range, grass fed, ethical meat from Hampshire and around.

They have their own on-site butchery where they employ master butchers to ensure the meat is cut and presented to the highest standards.
