Hoxton Bakehouse

Founded in 2013 by London chefs, Florence and Darren, Hoxton Bakehouse is a modern bakery situated just a stone’s throw away from Southampton Docks. They create a range of naturally leavened wholegrain breads and pastries for retail and wholesale - from stoneground spelt and 100% wholegrain rye to the stone ground wheat Dockers loaf and many more!

They use organic flours and locally sourced produce in all their loaves along with a wonderful variety of ancient grains and seeds. Every loaf takes 24-hours and each is individually and lovingly handcrafted.
