Blackwater pork is owned and run by Sue and Mike Kenworthy – they started with just a handful of pigs producing pork for their friends and family but very quickly the produce became very popular and the business began to expand and they now produce over 60 pigs.
All the pigs are outdoor bred and reared, meaning they can roam freely and forage for themselves. The herd consists of Berkshires and rare breed Gloucester Old Spots.
