Bad Boys Biltong

This was originally invented in South Africa as a means of preserving meat for later consumption. What Bad Boys Biltong are doing now is using this tradition, tweaked to perfection, to produce a delicious, nutritious, protein rich health food. 

Locally sourced, British pad eye fillets are hand sliced, marinaded and spiced with a uniquly created spice mix and then air dried in a state of the art drier. Quality, consistency and a delicious product is always the aim.

They started with just two flavours, traditional and the classic peri-peri, but more exciting flavours have now been added, such as black pepper and smoked paprika.
