Created by Master Butcher, Alan Bartlett of T Bartlett & Sons Butchers and Chef Director at The Pig, James Golding,
All products are created using local small holdings and pedigree pig farmers in the Hampshire and New Forest area.
A pinch of salt currently produce:
• 12 & 18 month old air-dried Karma Ham
• Red Wine Salami and mini versions
• Chorizos and mini versions
• Hampshire Lomo
• Hampshire Coppa
• Pennington Bresola
• Hampshire Rolled Pancetta
