Little Rose Bakery
Little Rose Bakery is run by Kate Poole. We are an artisan bakery and new product development consultancy rolled into one, specialising in creating bespoke ranges of biscuits, from recipe development through to product design, packaging and marketing.
The business started when we were asked to design a new range of gingerbread biscuits for Fortnum & Mason, creating both the recipe, range idea, labelling and packaging. At the moment we specialise in 'pick up' ranges - little bags of fancy and seasonal biscuits to pick up at the till, but other more 'mainstream' biscuit developments, including savoury biscuits, are in the pipeline.
