Vote for your favourite Hampshire butcher

Do you have a butcher in your life that you couldn’t live without? Many people rely on their butchers for cooking tips and advice on the best cuts of meat.

Thirty-eight of Hampshire’s butchers recently entered the Great Hampshire Sausage and Pie Competition held in Winchester where 200 products were assessed by a panel of expert judges.

Now Hampshire Fare is handing over to you, the customer. Vote for your favourite Hampshire butcher in our People’s Choice award. The winning butcher will be treated to a night off with a meal out for two and all voters will be entered in a draw to win a gift pack of Upham Ales.

Terms and conditions
You must be a UK resident and age 18 or over to vote. Your chosen butcher must be located in Hampshire or within ten miles of the Hampshire border. You can vote via www.hampshirefare.co.uk or text 80360 starting with BUTCHER leave a space, followed by the name and postcode of the butcher’s shop of your choice. *Texts cost 50p plus your normal operator text charge. Text lines open 26/02/2017 and close 12/03/2017 at 23:59:59PM. The winning butcher will receive a meal for two up to the value of £60 at an Ideal Collection venue, not in conjunction with any other offer, subject to availability. The prize draw for the voters will take place on 15th March 2017. Hampshire Fare will contact the winning voter by telephone or email, if after 2 weeks Hampshire Fare has not had a response from the winning voter then Hampshire Fare reserves the right to award the prize (without notice to the first winner chosen) to an alternative winner. The winning butcher will be announced via the Hampshire Fare website on 15th March 2017. Voters agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
