Not one but two favourite butchers!

The votes are in! Our hunt for Hampshire's favourite butcher is over and we have not one but two winners! After two weeks of voting via the Hampshire Fare website and Daily Echo text lines Farmer’s Choice near Fareham and Uptons of Bassett near Southampton have been crowned as the county's favourite butchers.

Tracy Nash, Commercial Manager of Hampshire Fare, commented: “After applauding our county’s butchers at the recent Great Hampshire Sausage and Pie Competition we wanted to give the public an opportunity to have a say. We have had a brilliant response from customers across the county who love the service their butchers offer them. Congratulations to our winners, two fantastic businesses committed to quality customer service.”
