Get voting for The Good Food Guide Readers' Restaurant of the Year Awards 2013

Many of you have been busy voting for your favourite Hampshire pub or restaurant as part of The Good Food Guide Awards 2013. We are delighted to announce that Hampshire Fare member, the Thomas Lord in West Meon is currently on the front runners list.

If this cosy country pub is one of your favourite places to eat then get voting! Currently placed as one of the top four in the South East area, the Thomas Lord needs your votes to make sure it gets recognised as one of the ten winners at the finals in June. There are just three weeks left in which to place your votes.

The Thomas Lord sources many of its ingredients locally and has its own allotment garden and chicken-run.

Clare Winterbottom, who manages the pub said: 'This is fantastic news and follows on from our AA two rosettes, awarded a few months ago.

'We get some wonderful feedback from our guests and it really does make all our hard work worthwhile when we receive such fabulous reviews from them. This nomination also comes from members of the public so it's genuinely exciting for us to be on the shortlist. Thank you to all our customers who have voted for us.'

The awards champion local eateries and recognise great food and service at restaurants, pubs and caf?s across the UK. They give people the opportunity to nominate their favourite local establishments across ten UK regions.
