Butchers' Week Workshop at Newlyns - Pork

Join Newlyns head butcher, Jason Moore between 6-7pm for a free talk and demonstration on one of the farm's home-reared animals. There will be a chance to have a look around the hanging room, watch the breaking down of a carcass and ask questions on anything you would like to know.
