All Charlotte Brown’s products are produced locally for wholesalers, retailers and shops. What you buy from me has been made by me in small batches and uses recipes handed down by my mother. I use home-grown or local produce where possible and I know the eggs I use come from well-treated hens because I care for them personally. I use no additives of any kind – good traditional preserving doesn’t need them.
All our products are suitable for vegetarians, and all except the Lemon Curd, Pickled Eggs and Piccallilli are suitable for Vegans.
