Three Harbours Beef

Cattle are reared naturally on marshes and pasture where they are allowed to mature slowly over two years with a diet of flower and herbal rich salt tinted grass, which contributes greatly to the taste, tenderness and quality of the meat.

As well as taking two years to produce, the meat is hung traditionally for 3-4 weeks - there are very few products which take so long to prepare, yet offer such value for money.

Three Harbours are supported by a number of local authorities including the Chichester Harbour Conservancy, local councils and the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group.
