The Hampshire Real Bread Company

The Hampshire Real Bread Company is run by Darrin Romp, a self-taught home cook and baker, who operates from his home in Waterlooville, Hampshire. 

Having completed bakery courses at River Cottage, The School of Artisan Food and a Virtuous Bread Micro Bakery Course, Darrin responded to what he saw as a lack of quality, real bread, easily available locally, by developing his own micro bakery.

Specialising in producing a range of breads, including sourdoughs, speciality yeasted breads, French and Italian breads, croissants, pastries and artisan doughnuts. No preservatives, no additives - just flour, water, salt and yeast (or sourdoughs made from natural wild yeasts).
