Mike and his team source the best quality meat then age, butcher and prepare the specific cuts to your specification from their Butcher’s shop at Swallowfields Farm in the New Forest. 

They also deliver local Hampshire and imported meat, poultry and game to hotels, restaurants and pubs as well as hosting butcher demonstrations and bespoke butchery tuition sessions.
