Chawton Park Farm

Surrounded by wonderful countryside, Chawton Park Farm is a working sheep and deer farm located in a beautiful vale on the edge of the South Downs National Park.

All their lamb has been bred and reared on the fine rolling hills of Hampshire. The highest welfare standards are guaranteed through the farm assurance schemes that the farm belongs to. 

The lamb is hung for a minimum of 7 days allowing the meat to develop a fantastic flavour and texture. It is then butchered into a variety of cuts by their master butchers, before being delivered fresh to their customers.
