Charlotte Brown's Handmade Preserves

All of Charlotte Brown’s products are produced locally for wholesalers, retailers and shops.

What you buy from Charlotte has been made by Charlotte herself in small batches on her Aga in her kitchen, using recipes handed down by her mother. She uses home-grown or local produce where possible as well as eggs from her own chickens living at the bottom of the garden. No additives of any kind are used and the sugar used is Fair Trade.

All products are suitable for vegetarians, and all except the lemon curd, pickled eggs and piccalilli are suitable for vegans.
