We are a family run outside catering business, formed in March 2007.

Paul Mortimer our head chef has held senior positions in many of the top Hotels and Restaurants in and around the area over the last 25 years.

Using our customers ideas and Paul's experience and imagination we create bespoke menus to match our client’s individual tastes.

We are a forward looking company with our main focus on 3 main areas. Quality, Flexibility and Value For Money.

We set and insist on high standards in our food quality, from the sourcing of local ingredients, through to its final presentation.
